Logistics & Trade Terms
Shipping Terms, Ports and Documentation
Commercial and logistics parameters we work with, so your procurement team can evaluate landed cost before the first sample.
- Incoterms
- FOB, CFR, CIF and EXW — confirmed per order and destination.
- Loading ports
- Tanjung Perak (Surabaya), Tanjung Priok (Jakarta) and Belawan (Medan), selected by producing region.
- Shipment modes
- LCL consolidation, FCL 20ft and 40ft containers, and air freight for samples and urgent trial volumes.
- Lead time
- Typically 14–30 days from confirmed order to loading, depending on harvest window, volume and packaging format.
- Packaging & palletisation
- Food-grade inner liner with kraft or PP outer bags, cartons or jumbo bags. Palletised and shrink-wrapped on request; private-label printing available.
- Export documents
- Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, Phytosanitary and Health Certificate where applicable, plus COA per lot.
- Payment terms
- T/T advance or balance against documents, and L/C at sight for established volumes. Terms are agreed in writing per contract.
- Sampling
- Reference samples couriered against freight cost; larger trial quantities quoted separately.
